Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.
Only non-working and broken products are accepted for return/exchange. A video of opening box and showing the product in non-working and broken condition will be required.
A video showing opening video and product being unused/scratches free must be submitted with 24 hours of receiving the product.
** Product brought in sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable**

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

if the product is defective, you can return it following our return guidelines.
Cancellation:
you can request cancellation of your order only if the order is not dispatched. If your order is shipped, We cannot cancel the order.
Change of heart is not a acceptable reason for cancellation or to exchange product.
Refund of Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees and RTO charges are non-refundable. All refund will be processed only after deducting the shipping and RTO charges.
Return Guidelines:
Products must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Label: Customer’s responsibility.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products. There is no additional cost for returning items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case, if you return or dont accept the package, then only product price will be refunded. We will not refund the shipping charge.
Refund Processing Time:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product. So, the refund processing time is 7 business days. The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges:
We only replace items that were initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at billing@projectmshop.com . The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
